Description

Supportify AI answers your customers’ questions about orders, products, returns
and more — automatically, around the clock — using your store’s real data.

• One-click connect. Link your store without generating or pasting REST API
  keys. You approve a secure read/write connection in your own WordPress admin
  (WooCommerce’s built-in authorization screen).
• Storefront chat widget. Add the Supportify chat bubble to your store with a
  single widget key.
• Real store data. The assistant looks up orders, customers, products and
  coupons through the official WooCommerce REST API.

External services

This plugin connects your store to Supportify AI, a third-party customer-support
service, to power the AI assistant and the storefront chat widget. Using the
plugin is opt-in: nothing is sent until you click “Connect to Supportify” and,
separately, enable the widget.

What the plugin does and what data is sent:

• Connecting your store. When you click “Connect to Supportify”, the plugin
  redirects you to Supportify to start WooCommerce’s built-in authorization
  (wc-auth). After you approve, your store sends Supportify scoped WooCommerce
  REST API credentials and your store URL. Supportify uses those credentials to
  read store data (orders, customers, products, coupons) needed to answer
  customer questions, and to perform only the actions you enable (e.g. order
  cancellation, refunds, coupons, customer updates).
• Chat widget. When you add your widget key, your storefront loads the
  Supportify widget script and sends customer chat messages (and minimal session
  context) to Supportify to generate replies.

Data sent to Supportify: your store URL, the API credentials you authorize, the
specific store records required to answer a given customer question, and chat
messages submitted through the widget. No data is sent for visitors who do not
use the chat widget.
