Per-session pricing with a free monthly tier \u2014\nsee https:\/\/supportify.no.<\/p>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin connects your store to Supportify AI, a third-party customer-support\nservice, to power the AI assistant and the storefront chat widget. Using the\nplugin is opt-in: nothing is sent until you click \"Connect to Supportify\" and,\nseparately, enable the widget.<\/p>\n\n<p>What the plugin does and what data is sent:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Connecting your store.<\/strong> When you click \"Connect to Supportify\", the plugin\nredirects you to Supportify to start WooCommerce's built-in authorization\n(wc-auth). After you approve, your store sends Supportify scoped WooCommerce\nREST API credentials and your store URL. Supportify uses those credentials to\nread store data (orders, customers, products, coupons) needed to answer\ncustomer questions, and to perform only the actions you enable (e.g. order\ncancellation, refunds, coupons, customer updates).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chat widget.<\/strong> When you add your widget key, your storefront loads the\nSupportify widget script and sends customer chat messages (and minimal session\ncontext) to Supportify to generate replies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Data sent to Supportify: your store URL, the API credentials you authorize, the\nspecific store records required to answer a given customer question, and chat\nmessages submitted through the widget. You'll then sign in to Supportify to finish setup.<\/li>\n<li>Copy your <strong>widget key<\/strong> (cb_\u2026) from the Supportify dashboard and paste it on\nthe settings page to show the chat widget on your storefront.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<!--section=faq-->\n<dl>\n<dt id=\"do%20i%20need%20to%20create%20api%20keys%20manually%3F\"><h3>Do I need to create API keys manually?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No. The \"Connect to Supportify\" button uses WooCommerce's built-in authorization\nflow, so the keys are generated and handed over securely without copy\/paste.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"is%20my%20data%20sent%20anywhere%3F\"><h3>Is my data sent anywhere?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>The assistant queries your store through the WooCommerce REST API to answer\ncustomer questions.
